Reflection about Entrepreneurship
I learn many things about entrepreneurship. I learn the 3 clusters of PEC's these are the Achievement, Planning, and Power cluster.
In achievement cluster, the Opp. Seeking, Persistence, Commitment to Work Contract, Risk-taking and Demand for Quality Efficiency are occuring.
While in Planning and Power cluster, Goal-setting, Information Seeking, Persuasion and Networking and Self-confidence are occurring.
Those are the the traits of a successful entrepreneur.
